Duckling Dash — Privacy Policy

Updated: September 20, 2026

Who we are

Duckling Dash is published by JDBD Games. Privacy and support contact: jdbdgames@gmail.com

Your game

No Duckling Dash account is required. Levels, pond animals, lives, tokens, settings and reward records are saved on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your game progress. Your device or operating system may include app data in its backup service. The app does not request your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location, and it has no chat or user-uploaded content.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes in-app purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app uses product identifiers, transaction or purchase-token information, and purchase status to verify and deliver purchased lives and avoid duplicate rewards. These reward records are kept with your local save. The store retains its own transaction records.

Optional rewarded ads

Duckling Dash uses Google AdMob. Opening the Shop can connect to Google to prepare a rewarded ad. Watching is optional; normal play and free life refills do not require watching ads. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can process IP address (including approximate location inferred from it), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash/performance information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention, and may share it with advertising and service partners. These SDK practices also matter when test ads are shown.

The current app requests non-personalized ads, disables the publisher first-party advertising ID, applies conservative under-age-of-consent ad settings, and does not request Apple tracking permission. Non-personalized ads are not data-free. Required regional privacy choices must be completed before production ads are enabled. When a privacy-options form is available, you can reopen it from Settings → Legal & privacy.

Support

If you contact support, the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message or screenshots, is used to answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card numbers.

Retention and choices

Local progress and reward records remain on your device until app data is removed. On Android you can clear the app’s storage; on iOS you can delete the app (offloading it keeps data). This can permanently remove progress and delivered consumable lives. Device/cloud backups may retain copies; manage them in your device’s backup settings. There is no Duckling Dash account to delete and no developer-operated copy of your progress to restore.

Apple and Google manage the information they receive under their own retention policies. We cannot remove their transaction, advertising or platform records by clearing the game. Use their privacy controls or contact them about those records. Contact our privacy address for questions or requests concerning information you sent directly to us. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; no fixed shorter retention period is promised.

Security and international processing

Advertising and store services use encrypted connections. Local saves rely on your device’s security; we do not claim that local game files are separately encrypted. Third-party providers may process data in countries outside your own under their published privacy safeguards.

Audience

The intended audience is teens and adults aged 13 and above; the game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. The intended audience does not establish any individual player’s age or replace regional consent requirements.

This notice will be updated when the app’s data practices change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes requiring consent will be presented before the changed processing begins.

Support website

Our support pages do not add analytics or advertising scripts. The hosting service receives ordinary web-request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure these pages. Emailing us is optional.
